At H&H Medical Supply, we understand that getting your order promptly is important to you. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and have implemented the following policies to help ensure a smooth process.

All orders placed before 1:00pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated shipping date. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to become available.

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. We currently offer three shipping options: Standard, Expedited, and Next Day.Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Next Day shipping guarantees delivery within one business day. Please note that Next Day shipping is only available for orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00pm EST.

Our policy is simple: Orders of $100.00 or more ship for free. For orders under $100.00, we charge a standard shipping fee of $20.00. This policy is only available for orders shipped within the Contiguous United States. Higher shipping rates will be applied to all other U.S. locations (AK, HI, PR, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, VI). Please note that we do not ship orders out on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.
