How long do you take to deliver my Items 

We strive to deliver all items to customers in our normal coverage area within 24 hours of placing an order (some exceptions apply).  Delivery within 24 hours does not apply to items that are special ordered.  Our experts will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time that suits your needs.

How do you support Hospice?

We are contracted with specific partner hospice agencies to furnish to their patients all supplies and equipment related to the patient’s hospice medical diagnosis.  This means that the patient incurs no out-of-pocket expenses for hospice-related equipment needs.  Reliable partnerships with hospice providers means better comfort care and peace of mind for hospice patients and their families.  Our experts can review hospice options or connect you with one of our partner providers.

Do you provide after hour service 

We are available on call 24 hours a day.  For emergency medical needs, or if a patient’s equipment requires immediate service or repair, our experts are on hand to address your concerns.

What do I do if the equipment breaks down?

Give us a call or stop by any of our offices. H&H Medical Supply will evaluate and provide you with a rental product for use while yours is being repaired. We will check to see if your equipment is covered under warranty or if insurance will cover repair and/or replacement.

What if my equipment needs service or repair?

H&H Medical Supply does have a state-of-the art service department. Many of the items we sell can be serviced or repaired right in our location. Some of the items we sell cannot be serviced because parts are not available. 

Do you sell used or refurbish equipment?

For some items we may have some refurbish equipment for sale. Please call us for more information. 

Do you guys service items like oxygen machines

Manufacturers’ guidelines recommend a maintenance check once per year. At this time, our technician will check the operation of your concentrator and may change filters and tubing at that time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this moment. 

How do you return a product?

 Before returning any item, please contact us at (562) 693 2800 to obtain the required Return authorization. Our customer service representative will also give you the address of our returns department.

For your shopping convenience, Medical Supply Depot accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal at Checkout.

Do you Accept Medicare?

We don’t work with Medicare at this time. 

Do you work with private insurance? 

We don’t Work with Private insurance at this time. 

Do you work with hospice companies?

We work with hospice companies! Please inform your hospice company that you want to work with us. Feel free to call us for any questions.
